Wenchang Qian was with Weitzman from 2013 to 2017, rising from an Associate to an Assistant Vice President, specializing in valuations and marketability studies across different types of residential and commercial real estate assets. He then joined an artificial intelligence marketing startup as the Head of Data Science. Managing a team of two data scientists, he led the firm’s data science practices to establish a leading position within the emotion analytics and marketing industries.
Mr. Qian rejoined Weitzman in January 2019 as a special projects consultant, leveraging his expertise with data science to enhance the firm’s capabilities with complex consulting and valuation assignments. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University and a Certificate of Data Science from New York City Data Science Academy.
