Keith Gottlieb is a Senior Vice President of Weitzman. Since joining the firm in 1996, Mr. Gottlieb has led hundreds of consulting assignments involving properties nationwide. Mr. Gottlieb has expertise in all property types, with a specialization in regional retail projects and senior housing communities.
Prior to joining Weitzman, Mr. Gottlieb was a Vice President at Realty Venture Capital Inc., a value-added real estate investment company, where he analyzed acquisition and redevelopment of strategic real estate investments throughout the United States. Previously, Mr. Gottlieb was Vice President for Real Estate Investments at the Longchamp Group, a New York-based investment manager, where he specialized in acquisitions and portfolio management for real estate investments, primarily in New York City.
Mr. Gottlieb received a Bachelor of Science of Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
