Keith Brenan is a Principal and Managing Director of Weitzman. Mr. Brenan specializes in real estate advisory work, marketability and feasibility analyses as well as market and/or investment valuations of various property types including hotel, office, residential, developable land, casino and condo-hotel properties. In addition, Mr. Brenan has also had experience with numerous condominium-hotel developments, branded residential properties and mixed-use properties in both urban and resort locales.
Mr. Brenan is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society, the Cornell Real Estate Council, the Urban Land Institute and the Chicago Real Estate Council.
Mr. Brenan has had experience with properties throughout the United States and numerous primary and secondary real estate markets throughout the country. Mr. Brenan graduated from The Hotel School at Cornell University with a concentration in management operations, finance and real estate. He has also served as an adjunct professor covering marketability and feasibility analyses at New York University’s Masters in Real Estate program.
Mr. Brenan is based in Weitzman’s Chicago office.
