Mr. Wrobel joined Weitzman as a Senior Associate in August 2019. His professional experience includes credit underwriting and analysis, transaction due diligence, asset management, and project consulting for refinancing, acquisitions, and new developments, including for commercial multifamily properties, and affordable/workforce housing.

Prior to joining Weitzman, Mr. Wrobel was the Senior Acquisitions Associate with Tricap Residential Group, where he supported their rapid growth through acquisitions and redevelopment of workforce housing properties across the Midwest with responsibility for screening acquisitions, underwriting and sensitivity analysis, closing due diligence and asset management oversight.

Mr. Wrobel began his real estate career in 2016 as an Analyst with the HUD Lending Group of Draper and Kramer, Incorporated where he conducted initial underwriting for more than 50 transactions, and supported the Group’s third party reports and closing due diligence for over $550 million in FHA-insured loans.

Mr. Wrobel has a Masters of Public Policy from the Irving B. Harris School of Public Policy of the University of Chicago, with a focus on municipal finance, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Political Science from The College of the University of Chicago, where he completed a bachelor’s thesis with special honors on regulation of credit rating firms.
