Brandon Nolasco joined Weitzman as an Associate Consultant in November 2020. Originally from South Florida, Mr. Nolasco is based in our Chicago office, focusing on commercial valuations, marketability studies, and financial feasibility analyses.

Prior to joining Weitzman, Mr. Nolasco worked on the design team at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, where he supported their Design Development (DD) and Construction Administration (CA) project phases both domestically and abroad.

Mr. Nolasco graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Real Estate. Within the School of Architecture, he completed his bachelor’s thesis on the topics of historic preservation and adaptive redevelopment. Through his coursework with Cornell’s Baker Real Estate Program, Mr. Nolasco developed his proficiencies in market research, discounted cash flow analysis, and financial modeling.
