Noah Kershner is a Vice President at Weitzman, based in New York City, with a diverse background in real estate research, development advisory, and feasibility analysis. Noah began his career at Douglas Elliman, in the firm’s in-house research, planning, design, marketing, sales, and leasing platform in Manhattan. His work contributed to the strategic positioning of several notable projects, including 53W53, The Centrale, and 108 Leonard.
Since joining Weitzman in 2021, Noah has led market analysis and underwriting efforts for developments across emerging and international markets. His work focuses on identifying opportunities for new development and distressed asset repositioning, using detailed market analysis to shape development programs and strategies that align with market demand.
Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from The University of Alabama.
