Keith Brenan

Keith A. Brenan, CRE is a Principal & Managing Director of Weitzman. Keith has experience with properties throughout the United States, including all primary and most secondary real estate markets throughout the country, as well as throughout the Americas from Chile to Canada. Keith specializes in real estate advisory work, marketability and feasibility analyses, as well as valuations, of various property types including mixed-use, hotel, office, residential, developable land, retail and industrial properties.

Keith manages the appraisal and valuation arm of Weitzman which has been routinely engaged on the real estate valuation of more than $15 billion on annual basis for 25+ years. Within the hospitality industry, Keith has led many evaluations and analyses of mixed-use properties that include a significant residential component paired with a branded hospitality use.

Keith is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), the Cornell Hotel Society, and the Urban Land Institute. He graduated from The Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 1998.
