Chase Stebbins

Chase Stebbins is a Senior Associate at Weitzman, based in Chicago, with a diverse background in market research, commercial real estate valuations, and municipal planning processes. His experience spans both residential and commercial products, with a commitment to delivering accurate, well-informed solutions to a client’s complex real estate venture.

Prior to joining Weitzman, Chase contributed to the development team at the Discovery Partners Institute and its efforts to construct a new headquarters in Chicago’s newest neighborhood, The 78. Since joining Weitzman in 2022, Chase has assisted in market analysis for developments across both domestic and international markets and has led valuation services for Class A commercial assets in various U.S. cities.

Chase holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
