Casey Waleko is a Vice President at Weitzman in New York, where she leads financial analysis and underwriting for complex real estate developments across the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. She has advised on more than $15 billion in hospitality, residential, and mixed-use development and has led financial modeling on over $8.5 billion of projects across multiple asset classes.
Casey brings a rare combination of architectural training, development experience, and real estate finance, allowing her to evaluate projects through both a design and investment lens. She began her career at a Washington, D.C.–based architecture and design firm, where she contributed to the planning and development of more than 550,000 square feet of multifamily and mixed-use projects.
Casey holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture from The George Washington University.
