Andrew Miller is a Senior Vice President with Weitzman, based in New York City. He brings 25 years of real estate development experience focused on complex mixed-use projects with significant technical, market and regulatory challenges. As both a seasoned developer and trained architect, Andrew focuses on planning and managing development and design strategies from a project's earliest stages to mitigate risk.
As CEO of Dajia US, Andrew led the transformation of Waldorf Astoria New York, a project cited by the Wall Street Journal as the most complicated real estate conversion ever undertaken in the U.S. The project included a newly reimagined five-star hotel with its market-leading guestrooms and dozens of landmarked ballrooms, lobbies and gathering spaces, 375 super-luxury residences with 50,000 square feet of dedicated amenities, an expansive spa and wellness facility, and extensive food and beverage outlets and retail anchors.
Andrew holds Master’s Degrees of Architecture and of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT, and a BA in Architecture from the University of Washington.
