Alex Zoneraich is an Associate at Weitzman, based in the firm’s New York City office. He focuses on marketability studies and financial feasibility analyses for hospitality and mixed-use real estate developments.
Prior to joining Weitzman in 2025, Alex gained experience in hospitality asset management through an internship with a major hospitality asset management firm, where he supported financial analysis and strategic planning for hotel assets.
Since joining Weitzman, Alex has assisted in the financial modeling of more than $3.5 billion in hospitality and mixed-use real estate developments across the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. He has also contributed to advisory assignments involving projects affiliated with leading global luxury hospitality brands including Rosewood, Bulgari, Ritz-Carlton, and Waldorf Astoria.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.
