Residential and Hotel Development: Chicago, Illinois
Description
Prepared a market study, appraisal and detailed investment brief on the development of a mixed-use property in the River North neighborhood of downtown Chicago. The property will include the development of a Hotel Palomar to be managed by Kimpton Hotels along with a fully amenitized, 134-unit residential component on the upper floors of the high-rise building. We completed our analysis on behalf of the pension fund investor that provided the construction loan for the development.
