Rocky Mountains Mixed-Use Development: Eagle County, Colorado
Description
Prepared a market study, a marketability analysis and a feasibility analysis for a proposed first-class resort and vacation home community in a resort area of the Rocky Mountains. The development plan called for the creation of an upscale lifestyle resort community to include hotel(s), recreation and destination retail and primary and secondary residences. The firm also assisted the development in pre-development site planning and branding opportunities along with assisting the developer with evaluating various annexation opportunities for the site.
