Description
Responsible for market repositioning and sale of key downtown site approved for 2,000,000 square feet of new retail, office, and hotel development in Pittsburgh. Directed resolution of complex legal, tax, jurisdictional, ownership and municipal use issues. Worked with city government to create public-private partnership to provide financial and development incentives. Negotiated with selected national retail and mixed-use developers for joint venture, development and sale of property.
