Description
The Weitzman Group, Inc. was retained by the Port of New Orleans to perform a highest and best use study for the Rivergate Convention Center site. The firm analyzed the feasibility of converting the existing convention center into a mixed-use development with a variety of residential and commercial uses. The study included a comprehensive review of the residential, retail, office and hotel markets.
