Description
Performed a marketability and feasibility analysis of a 38-acre development site in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. The Weitzman Group, Inc. completed a marketability study to determine viable uses and a concept plan for the site, a feasibility study of the proposed concept plan, and determined additional areas surrounding the site that could be purchased for future development. The in-depth analysis of the site's development potential included consideration of the local economic environment, downtown development activity, and an analysis of the residential, office, hotel and retail markets.
