Description
On behalf of an institutional investor, The Weitzman Group evaluated over 100 acres of property that were under study for development as a European style waterfront community on the banks of the Hudson River facing the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor. The valuation included a market and financial feasibility analysis for the potential for a mixed-use residential and commercial project that has since been developed (and continues to be built out) in an urban style inspired by Venice and Port Grimaud on the Cote d'Azur. The property includes residential, office, shopping and marina uses.
